**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Are you ready to deliver the future of Marketing for our AME teams? You’ll be joining the Growth Hub - a new type of creative digital team that fuses strategy, marketing, and technology to identify where our business needs to be and to get us there fast.

As a Web Personalization & Digital Marketing expert in our Marketing AME region, you will be contributing to the acceleration of our web personalisation and related digital marketing capabilities. The role is responsible for executing web personalization initiatives as both project manager and hands on specialist, depending on the demand and project.

**Reports to**: Web personalization Manager

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Create proposals for new or optimized consumer journeys on the company’s websites (e.g. create a roadmap of data-driven experiments, originate use cases with related metrics, plan the steps and the owners to deliver the proposals)
- Ensure successful execution of web experiments plan, meeting the proper deadlines and driving concrete business impact
- Engage with different partners (e.g. End Markets, Region, Global) to explain the value of the above proposals in terms of different key performance indicators such us revenue and conversion rate
- Manage CRO, web personalization campaigns coordinating external agencies (e.g. share the brief, support the agency in understanding and delivering the campaign) and internal stakeholders
- Report on key performance indicators to measure and evaluate the success of the campaigns, having in mind the overall business and stream numeric goals
- Collaborate with other streams in the team and across the organization (Data & analytics, CRM, Paid media, Marketplaces, Trade) to deliver an effective, seamless and coherent consumer experience across the ACR funnel and across the different touchpoints
- Learn, use and optimize company’s tools for CRO, web personalization and digital such as: Adobe Target, Content Square, Google analytics, Adobe analytics to drive optimization points and key simple actionable insights
- Summarize and explain the value created in months of work into effective and concise pitches for senior stakeholders and new stakeholders
- Execute market research to find new trends within CRO, web personalization, FMCG industry and digital, identifying best practices and examples which could inspire the team to expand the area of work in high value potential territories.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in leading digital campaigns / projects, with demonstrable success in improving conversion rates / revenue or any other relevant key performance indicators by a least 10% within 6/12/18 months
- Knowledge of A/B testing and web personalization methodologies and tools (especially Adobe Target)
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing Google and Adobe Analytics and other relevant tools to identify optimization opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated through effective collaboration with external agencies or different stakeholders for various digital projects.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow, with a high attention to details and an analytical approach to work.
- Comfortable working in large, multinational, matrix-organization company, with different cultures
- Bachelor’s Degree with relevant professional qualification
- English language at advance level (C1)
