Il nostro cliente è una dinamica azienda commerciale attiva nel settore dell’automazione industriale. All’interno di un progetto di sviluppo dell’area Sales ci ha incaricati di ricercare un
**TECHNICAL SALES.
La risorsa, riportando alla direzione commerciale, si occuperà dello sviluppo del consolidamento e dello sviluppo business sul territorio dell’Emilia-Romagna.
Principali Responsabilità:
- Promozione dei prodotti nell’area assegnata focalizzandosi sui target di riferimento
- Gestione del portafoglio Clienti esistente
- Attività fidelizzazione della clientela e costruzione di relazioni forti e durature collaborando con loro e comprendendo le loro esigenze
- Scouting di nuove opportunità di business
- Analisi técnica dell’esigenza del cliente ai fini di proporre nuovi prodotti e soluzioni
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi di margine e fatturato
- Partecipazione ad eventi e fiere di settore
Requisiti e skills:
- Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico
- 3-5 anni di esperienza maturata come Technical Sales preferibilmente nel settore automazione, robotica e/o macchine automatiche
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese a livello professionale
- Forte predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Ottime doti relazionali e comunicative
- Orientamento al risultato e capacità negoziali
- Capacità analitiche (mercato e clienti) e di gestione dei dati commerciali per lo sviluppo ed il controllo della performance della propria area di riferimento
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte internazionali
