**Your challenges will be**:

- Developing and updating the myPOS Academy training curricula and materials;

Designing sales enablement and learning strategies tailored to each sales division;

Working closely with sales managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans.

Creating and updating training materials based on product changes, market trends, and new sales techniques.

Identifying and addressing sales performance gaps;

Keeping up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices to ensure relevancy in training;

Creating and maintaining training reports;

Leading and tracking sales training initiatives;

Enhancing training effectiveness and suggesting improvements;

Evaluating the impact of training programs on sales outcomes;

Conducting engaging training sessions for sales teams and partners;

**Your Profile**
- Proven work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management experience

Prior role as a Trainer/Sales Trainer is advantageous.

Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning

Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms

Experience with creating learning or marketing materials

Excellent organizational skills

Solid communication and presentation abilities

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Relevant academic background in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.

Additional certification in training is a plus

Excellent English, both spoken and written
