City Ops Manager

RideMovi is the leading player in the industry of European shared micromobility. The company born 4 years ago to manage Mobike business in Europe. In, after Mobike acquisition, the Italian team founded Ridemovi brand to project, develop and manage new vehicles to strengthen the leadership in South Europe.

- User base of 1.5 million users
- Already profitable

Expansion plan:
backed by an Italian insurance giant as strategic partner, the company is about to double the fleet with the strategy to further strengthen their leadership in Italy and Spain and to open new markets in Europe (Germany, Sweden, UK). The growth of the fleet will be mainly focused on electric vehicles.

We're looking for a City Operation Manager:

- Define new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence In-warehouse & out of warehouse
- Optimize service area, hotspots and deployment strategies
- Set processes and KPI's
- Track and report critical supply and demand metrics
- Analyze dataand be proactive in solving problems and generating growth
- Keep control of key cost buckets to ensure strong financial business performance

About You:

- Experience in people management
- Excellent communicator capable of motivating a team, working within a large organisation while liaising with external partners as needed
- Analytical mindset:
You use data to understand rider behaviour and accurately deploy bikes to serve user needs and have a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces
- Experience in a similar industry preferred; past experience in a startup or other demanding field
- Fluent English
