VEHICLE CONFIGURATION AFTER SALES (IT and Sales Specialist)
- Gestione nel Car Configurator di tutta la offerta commerciale Accessori e Prodotti Post vendita per l'implementazione di tutta l'offerta Accessori e Prodotti Post vendita, garantendone l'integrazione totale con i sistemi informativi aziendali;
- Definizione ed implementazione degli sviluppi necessari del Car Configurator per garantire la corretta gestione dei dati prodotto After Sales e la miglior esperienza di configurazione per i dealer;
- Approvazione del digital modelling degli Accessori After Sales e controllo qualità di renderizzazione su Car Configurator in coordinazione con i partner esterni secondo le tempistiche dettate dal Marketing Launch Plan e il piano rilascio nuovi contenuti;
- Definizione ed implementazione della user experience e dei processi operativi e workflow per la gestione ordini Accessori nella nuova piattaforma di gestione ordini cliente, test e approvazione degli sviluppi e dell'integrazione con il Car Configurator;
- Partecipare alle attività di promozione e monitoraggio della codifica dei prodotti per le linee modello secondo il piano di rilascio;
- Manutenzione del catalogo prodotti Accessori in tutti i sistemi di ordini di vendita in collaborazione con la/lo Accessories Product Marketing Specialist.

Responsabilità:
Requisiti:

- Laurea;
- Esperienza di Trattamento dati complessi, distinta e BOM;
- Capacità e predisposizione alla gestione dati e alla progettazione dell'esperienza utente e di processo;
- Utilizzo a livello avanzato dei seguenti applicativi/sistemi: LAMPDS (Product Data Services per Car Configurator), MBV, MBV-Spider, LOOM, Salesforce (Sales Automation), Windchill, SAP, Enterprise BI (Microstrategy), MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Utilizzo dei principali tool di Project Management come Office 365 Planner, Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence;
- Project Management: capacità di gestione e monitoraggio tempi progettuali;
- Metodologie Agile, Scrum framework, nonché la conoscenza delle principali soluzioni per la gestione del backend e CMS (custom);
- Lingua inglese fluente sia scritta che parlata.

Contratto:
Si offre contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato, RAL 33,5K CCNL Terziario, Ticket Restaurant 5€
