**Role Purpose**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Supports the O2C Lead to provide services at expected levels with a clear customer service and escalates exceptions, ensuring proper accounting of financial transactions and accounting specific questions are well addressed and solved.
- Interacts proactively with all functional areas to ensure appropriate accounting, financial reporting and settlement of revenue matters is accomplished. Coordinate with local entity and outsourced activities to provide seamless service.
- Contact customers to facilitate payment, ensuring alignment with business partners.
- Manage blocked orders, assessing risk and proposing actions in collaboration with business partner and in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage factoring and insurance monthly submissions and reconciliations.
- Manage direct debits and bill of exchange transactions in collaboration with Reporting and related banks.
- Perform Customer Master Data Maintenance and regular statement reviews, i.e. invoicing in collaboration with Commercial Operations.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts and ensure timely resolution and clean up of overdue items identified. Resolve General Accounting related issues and disputes, escalate as required.
- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data. Ensure the creation and maintenance of adequate accounting records to meet the requirements of local legislation and Sandoz required standards.

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalent degree.
- 2-4 years’ financial experience, preferably in Big 4 public accounting, healthcare industry or large corporation with shared service concept.
- Languages: English & Italian are both mandatory
