The job holder will be accountable for the following activities:

- Contribute to the full brand design cycle, from research and ideation through to execution.
- Play an active role in all aspects of the Creative Marketing Team design process, including identifying user needs, requirement definitions, and storyboarding.
- Design logos and graphic elements for brand and product presentations/marketing materials.
- Design visuals for products, including labels, primary and secondary packaging.
- Create graphics for social media editorial calendars.
- Design website templates and layouts, including user interface designs and basic front-end web designs for ease of navigation and clear communication.
- Create information graphics, motion graphics, and other multimedia content.
- Assist in creating visual marketing materials and presentations for the global Chromavis catalogue.
- Contribute to the layout design of various corporate documents and communication tools.
- Resize and reformat existing creative assets as needed.

**Skills and Expertise Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Rhino and Keyshot for modeling and rendering is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color sense, and the latest design tools, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Understanding of design methodologies, user experience/interface design, information design, and corporate identity/branding.
- Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design; familiarity with the latest UI/UX practices and knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strong interest and knowledge in social media trends, platforms, and content creation will be considered a plus.
