**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a Shoes Research & Development Manager within Shoes Raw Material area who will join our dynamic team based in our new Atelier in Vigonza (Padova).

How you will contribute
- Gestire e coordinare le attività di ricerca e di sviluppo materiali per la calzatura in base agli input ricevuti dall’ufficio stile nel rispetto dei timing di collezione;
- Gestire ed organizzare i meeting di presentazione al team stile e sviluppo prodotto;
- Definire e verificare gli standard qualitativi dei materiali in fase di sviluppo e selezionare i partner affidabili in linea con la qualità richiesta dall'azienda;
- Confrontarsi con il team interno all’ufficio dedicato all’industrializzazione della materia prima per garantire un corretto passaggio di informazioni e risolvere assieme eventuali problematiche tecniche;
- Supervisionare e coordinare le attività svolte delle risorse del team.

Who you are
- Esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di 5-7 anni in aziende del settore luxury e fashion oppure in aziende conciarie;
- Conoscenza delle varie tipologie di pellame, pregiato incluso;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Utilizzo fluente della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata per interfaccia con fornitori esteri;
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte sia in Italia che all’estero;
- Buone doti relazionali e comunicative e predisposizione al team working;
- Flessibilità ed attitudine al problem solving.
