Production Worker

**Description**

In order to support the growth of our Business Unit High Voltage, based in Lodi, we are looking for a production worker. In Lodi we are specialized in the production of high voltage switchgears (GIS, PASS) and IMP product (IGA and MFM)

Your responsibilities:

- Focus on setting up, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment, including operating machine tool, chemical processing, assembly or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets and quality standards.
- Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintaining accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis
- Report unsafe practices and incidents.

Your background:

- Technical diploma.
- At least 5 years of experience in wiring.
- Experience in the execution of HV/MV Electrical Systems construction projects
- Good knowledge of Italian;
- Proactivity, precision and good communication skills are required.
