Who we are looking for

Position Context

Global Capabilities Network (GCN) is an organization which offers services to all Chiesi Companies. The goal is to provide scalable, sustainable, and streamlined service delivery in the area of Accounts Payable process.
Position plays an active role in the transition processes of Accounts Payable to GCN organization; actively contributes to the process improvement and standardization initiatives.

Purpose

Education

Economic background (either academic or high-school diploma)

Languages

Fluent written and verbal English.

Main Activities
- Support to the South Europe GCN accounting Team concerning the main financial processes, such as Vendor Master data creation/modification, Posting invoices, Monthly Closing and reconciliation, Year-End Closing;

Technical Skills

Familiarity with Accounting principles

Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Power Point);
SAP as an advantage
