**Position Overview**:
Riportando direttamente al Chief People Officer, tale figura, come HRBP, lavorerà a stretto contatto con i leader aziendali e i manager di reparto per rafforzare la loro capacità di gestione delle persone, provvedere ai piani di sviluppo dei talenti e sviluppare approcci di business ed organizzativi che permettano all’azienda di raggiungere gli obiettivi strategici condivisi.
Agirà contestualmente da punto di riferimento per i colleghi della propria area di business e guiderà il centro di eccellenza di competenza, definendone politiche e piattaforme di utilizzo e accompagnando l’organizzazione nell’adozione di esse.
**What your tasks will be**:
- Guidare il business nell’adozione dei processi HR nell’implementazione della strategia globale dell’organizzazione ai fini del successo aziendale
- Supportare le decisioni dei principali stakeholders aziendali per quanto riguarda la gestione del personale;
- Gestione delle operazioni di ricerca e selezione del personale;
- Gestione delle attività di assunzione ed onboarding di personale;
- Gestione dei piani di Welfare aziendale per i dipendenti;
- Gestione delle attività di back office del dipartimento;
- Supportare lo sviluppo della performance dei lavoratori mediante l’utilizzo di appositi strumenti analitici e obiettivi;
- Organizzazione interna dell’azienda ed interpretazione dei principali HR Analytics & Metrics aziendali per il costo del lavoro;
- Supporto nella progettazione di percorsi formativi e gestione operativa dell'attivazione e lo svolgimento;
- Supporto nella gestione del contenzioso e delle relazioni sindacali a livello di plant;
- Indagini sul clima interno dell’azienda e l’eventuale risoluzione di conflitti e criticità.
**What we are looking for**:
- Laurea in discipline economiche, giuridiche o umanistiche (costituisce un plus Master in HR Management);
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni come HR Specialist/Generalist in contesti industriali manufatturieri strutturati (costituisce un plus esperienza all’estero);
- Competenze HR a 360° su tutte le principali aree di riferimento della funzione (recruiting, people development & succesion plan, comp&ben, performance analysis, costo del lavoro, relazioni industriali, etc);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata);
- Capacità di interlocuzione su più livelli di management;
- Dinamicità e proattività;
- Capacità spiccata di fare squadra e lavorare in team.
