Stiamo ricercando, per la nostra filiale di **TORINO**, un Impiegato Operativo Aereo Export.

La risorsa prescelta sarà inserita nel team che si occupa di gestire i processi di spedizione via Aereo, nello specifico:

- Contatti con le compagnie aeree per la prenotazione dei carichi
- Gestione della corrispondenza con l’estero
- Contatto diretto con i clienti per organizzare le spedizioni e la fatturazione

È richiesta pregressa esperienza nella mansione, conoscenza del ciclo operativo di spedizione e delle procedure doganali. Indispensabile una buona e reale conoscenza sia degli strumenti informatici (MS Excel, Word) e, in considerazione dell’ambito internazionale, della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo motivazione e flessibilità, spiccata attitudine al problem solving e alle gestione delle urgenze, forte predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla relazione col cliente, al fine di comprenderne le problematiche e supportarne proattivamente le richieste.
