Store Manager

We are currently on the lookout for a new Store Manager to join the Wittner team This position would suit someone who is keen to build their business, and whose customer is at the forefront of all that they do. Teamwork is extremely important to this individual, and customer experience is a top priority. We want individuals who live and breathe going above and beyond and deliver on the exceptional customer experience for which Wittner is renowned.

**Desired Skills and experience**
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience is preferred
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record in achieving sales targets with a will to succeed
- A passion for training, developing and motivating your team; 'a team player'
- Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication
