Per **Thema Corp**, la nostra filiale con sede a **Philadelphia**, siamo alla ricerca di un* **US Country Manager**

**Che cosa fa l* US Country Manager**
- Stabilire gli obiettivi di crescita, definire strategie nazionali, sviluppare piani commerciali per le operazioni aziendali e organizzare piani strategici;
- Rappresentare l’azienda Thema negli Stati Uniti e migliorare la reputazione del marchio nel mercato statunitense diventando un interlocutore chiave;
- Costruire e mantenere relazioni con i principali partner e con le agenzie del Paese;
- Eseguire attività di Project Manager/Consulting

**La persona che cerchiamo**
- Laurea in ambito economico-giuridico, ingegneristico o scientifico;
- Esperienza di **almeno 1 anno** in ambito quality/regulatory affairs nel settore Healthcare;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di problem-solving;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Disponibilità a trasferirsi negli Stati Uniti;
- **Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e oral**e.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €30.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:

- Quattordicesima
- Tredicesima

Possibilità di pendolarismo/trasferimento:

- 40026 Imola: Poter raggiungere agevolmente la sede lavorativa o avere intenzione di trasferirsi prima di iniziare il lavoro (Obbligatorio)

Istruzione:

- Laurea triennale (Obbligatorio)

Esperienza:

- Quality/Regulatory affairs nel settore Healthcare: 1 anno (Obbligatorio)

Lingua:

- Inglese (Obbligatorio)

Disponibilità a viaggiare:

- 75% (Obbligatorio)
