**Overview of the Role**

To identify, develop & maintain profitable sales in HOME CARE AND PERSONAL CARE markets in line with annual targets/sales plan. To negotiate best possible commercial agreements with customers.& generate Croda’s CRM, Call Reports, Sample & Internet Inquires, and Sales Pipeline to drive the sales process. Perform all duties within the Company’s safety, health and environmental regulations. All other duties as assigned by management.

**Essentials**:
Work experience no less of 2 in the relevant markets.
Residence, or available to live, in the north of Italy, better in Milan / Novara / Vercelli / Pavia area
Up to 60% travel required
Territories of responsibilities: Italy, Croatia, Slovenia
Knowledge of regulations preferable

**Education required**:
Bachelor’s Degree i.e. Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry or other scientific fields.
Proficiency in MS Office, appreciated knowledge of SAP
Italian Language mother tongue or equivalent
Must have good oral and written proficiency in the English language.

**Benefits Package:
Permanent contract after a trial period of some months
The salary will be commensurate with the work experience
