**Your role:
Reporting to the site Supply Operations & OE Director, the Operational Excellence Specialist support constant process improvement through the entire value chain and is able to coach employees in different department making changes over and over again always seeking for higher performance levels.

You will work together with Site OE for the definition of the OE Roadmap, will strongly support the implementation of all the activities included in the OE Roadmap. You will lead some projects and contribute in promoting a culture of transparency and proactively support the identification for solutions in a results oriented manner. You will strongly support SO & OE.Dir. in identifying, gaining approval for, and driving strategic advancements within the site. This to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. These initiatives will be formalized in a site roadmap. Completion within timelines, budgets and targets will be ensured. You will lead some initiatives in the site roadmap, and provide coaching to the project leader of others, in order to ensure processes, management infrastructure and leadership behaviors are compliant with the highest industry standards across Safety, Quality, Service, Efficiency, support the development of leadership behaviors on site by: coach the organization, including mid management in an independently bold manner;
- reinforcing performance dialogues, feedback and gemba cultures and providing trainings based around lean knowledge and mindset in order to develop change agents, management and other site employees

**Who you are:
- Lean six sigma Green Belt / Lean Manufacturing Certification
- Previous experience in co-leading team for Kaizen Event and Lean Six Sigma Projects
- Advanced knowledge of Suite Office (Excel / Power Point) Good knowledge of English
