Istituto Marangoni is looking for an intern to support the Digital Marketing team in several duties and tasks, with the opportunity to learn and improve skills to manage multilanguage website content, online advertisement campaigns on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) TikTok, Google, data analysis and reporting through Google Analytics 4 and Salesforce as CRM, everything with a data-driven mindset and attention to the details.

**Learning activities**
- To be collaborative in the digital marketing campaign content suitable for Meta and TikTok platforms
- To learn the analysis of the digital marketing campaigns through Facebook Business Manager and to monitor the major KPIs, to learn to evaluate positive and negative trends and to report those to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager
- To learn how to read data and create reporting through Google Analytics 4 for all the website traffic and specific web sources, to help the Digital Marketing team to make decisions to achieve better results.
- To understand the logic of the sales process and funnel acquisition thanks to the learning of Salesforce as CRM.

**Education & skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing and Communication
- Passion for digital marketing and performance marketing branch and its best practices
- Strong ability to manage details with an analytical mindset of KPIs and data-driven (numbers)
- English language - full proficiency required
- Practical approach to problem-solving and results-driven attitude
- Desire and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
