**TURATI**

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

**THE ROLE**

Ngg is looking for an Accounting Specialist for its Administration Department who will report directly to the Accounting Coordinator.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

Check and register payable/receivables invoices (Italian, cee, extra cee - goods and services).

Reconcile intercompany transactions.

Complete the monthly closures.

Prepare documents for fiscal declarations (es: Intrastat).

Manage Reconciliations.

Ensure that Sox procedures are respected in line with law and Company previsions.

Maintain vendors Master Data and schedule process payments.

Support the team in other different activities, when needed.

Manage request from internal/external auditors.

**WHO YOU ARE**

At least 3 years' experience in accounting activities in structured companies and with international business (better from a fashion industry);
english level intermediate;
good knowledge of Excel;
precise, punctual in carrying out the activities, flexible and with spirit of adaptation in a dynamic reality;
strong growth and in phase of structuring.
