Asset Data Analysis

La risorsa sarà inserita nel dipartimento finanziario e si occuperà di interpretazione dei dati (data mining e crunching) e analisi dei risultati attraverso tecniche statistiche e di business intelligence.

Tutti i dati in suo possesso dovranno essere ottimizzati, trasformati in informazioni ed infine convertiti in insight utili a decisioni aziendali.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in una delle seguenti discipline: scienze economiche e/o statistiche, matematica, ingegneria matematica, data science.
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli similari con competenze nelle attività di Data Analysis, Data warehouses, Reporting, Software di Business Intelligence.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Excel (Macro, Funzioni).
- Esperienza nell'utilizzo di QLIK (Qlik per windows, Nprinting, Write&Edit).
- Gradita conoscenza del software POWER BI.
- Gradita conoscenza (anche accademica) di tool analitici (Python, R, Eviews, ecc.).
- Esperienza nell' implementare report, sistemi di raccolta dati, analisi dei dati e altre strategie per una forte governance dei dati.
- Abile nell'interpretare i dati, analizzare i risultati utilizzando tecniche statistiche e fornire report a diversa cadenza (giornaliero, settimanale, mensile, trimestrale, annuale).
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
- Gradita esperienza/conoscenza del mondo Real Estate Commerciale.

Completano il profilo spiccate capacità analitiche, attenzione ai dettagli, accuratezza, team building e complex problem solving.

Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato, RAL da definire in base alla seniority.
