Your mission: Run exceedingly efficient, impressively productive logistics operations for a company with purpose. Since launching in 2013, Bending Spoons has served around half a billion people across the globe through our suite of cutting-edge products. Still, we’ve only just crossed the starting line on our mission to make an enduring positive impact on our customers, on our fellow Spooners, and on society at large. We’ve just partnered with Humamy, an innovative start-up with an incredibly promising plant-based product — and the potential to shake up the food industry. We believe it has a concrete shot at impacting the fight against some of the biggest challenges facing humanity: unsustainable eating habits, animal cruelty, and climate change. We’re committed to giving Humamy its best chance at becoming a global success. To achieve this, we’re looking for someone who’ll embrace the mission fully and make our entire logistics operations run with optimal efficiency. You’ll make Humamy the gold standard for streamlined, seamless, super-effective product operations management.

A few examples of your responsibilities
- Analyze current production processes working closely with our amazing cooks, challenging them to identify and implement more efficient practices.
- Have a vision of how all the processes function together while exploring optimizations and synergies at every level.
- Increase individual and team productivity, taking into account each variable of the logistics operations from material availability and shift scheduling to deliveries to downtimes.
- Set up the production kitchen to ensure it’s ideally arranged and equipped for ultimate efficiency.
- Coordinate and oversee smooth and reliable delivery processes.

- Confidence in your role. Once onboarded and up to speed, you won’t wait to be told what to do or require constant positive feedback to know you’re on the right track.
- You live near Padova, or are ready to relocate. This position requires you to work in our production center in Montegrotto Terme (PD) most of the time for several months. In the future, you may be asked to relocate to Milan.
- Proficiency in Italian. You read, write, and speak proficiently in Italian.

- Relocation package. If you need to relocate for the position, we typically cover reasonable transportation and moving expenses, provide up to three months of temporary accommodation, and help you and your close family members with visa support if necessary.
- Flexible time off. Full-time Humamy employees are offered 10 extra paid vacation days per year (on top of the country’s minimum legal requirement), as well as the option to request additional unpaid time off.
