- Provide comprehensive financial updates to management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
- Support the local CFO to prepare budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Develop reports digitalization for Finance and Controlling

**Main Accountabilities**
- Implementation of controlling over new plant in Cerreto
- Maintain internal control safeguards for the receipt of revenue, costs and both team and organizational budgets and actual expenditures
- In conjunction with the CFO, establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Support Purchase dept. in the management of trading good inventory
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow
- Local expert FICO SAP4HANA topics
- Support DARE team (MH) for developing new report (using SAP and Power BI)
- Support coordination GBTS transaction
- Support on sales plan activities and periodical sales report for WFS

**Key Performance Indicators/Key Result Areas**
- Ensure the quality of financial and reporting data
- Accurate and timely elaboration of financial statements
- Observe the compliance with the internal and external guidelines, policies and strategies
- Identify areas of missing control
- Report misstatements and recommend remediation actions / plans

- Internal: all departments
- External: auditors, banks, customers, suppliers

**Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)**
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or other relevant field of education with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit
- Min. 8 years of relevant work experience
- MS Office skills
- SAP Fi.CO and Power BI
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
