Workday Systems Integrations Analyst HR Technology Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
Provide integration and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the integration team's request procedures.Follow the standards and best practices established for the integration process.Participates in needs assessments:
analyzes current data and identifies opportunities for improved system functionality and accuracyPerforms testing on integrations during Workday releases.Architects, builds and tests Workday integrationsAbility to work on multiple parallel projects using organizational and time management techniques to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner.Answers all inquiries in a timely basis.Suggest improvements and proactively addresses issues.Demonstrates knowledge about the technology and participates in training and development activities to keep abreast of current trends and practices.Follows quality standards for own work.Completes assigned tasks in prescribed timelines consistent with deliverables and asks for support and direction as appropriate.
