**PORT OPERATIONS PROJECT & PORT OPERATIONS**:
A diretto riporto del Chief Port Operations Officer, siamo alla ricerca di un/una PORT OPERATIONS PROJECT & PROCESS MANAGER, allo scopo di: gestire e coordinare lo sviluppo dei progetti per l’area AOP, definendo ed implementando piani di azione e di monitoraggio dei processi; sviluppare in coordinamento con il CPOO ed i reparti competenti, piani strategici finalizzati all’efficientamento delle operazioni portuali, al monitoraggio e alla riduzione dei ritardi; organizzare l’intero lavoro dei progetti assegnati, assicurandosi che tutto funzioni come stabilito e garantendo il coinvolgimento ed il coordinamento delle figure aziendali necessarie; analizzare i processi dell’intera area AOP in ottica di miglioramento e ulteriore sviluppo.
**PRINCIPALI ATTIVITÁ**:
Definire la fattibilità di un progetto, la sua attuazione, e migliorare l'efficacia in termini di tempi di implementazione e, in coordinamento con Contract & Cost, di costi;
Interfacciarsi regolarmente con i diversi stakeholders al fine di comprendere e condividere regolarmente lo stato del progetto e l’avanzamento delle attività;
Gestire i progetti assicurandosi che vengano processati in maniera corretta, in termini di obiettivi tecnici ed economici e nel rispetto delle tempistiche prefissate interfacciandosi e coordinandosi con i Dipartimenti coinvolti;
Condurre riunioni periodiche per verificare l’allineamento con le previsioni fatte in merito all’avanzamento dei progetti;
Pianificare nei dettagli i progetti definendone il piano di sviluppo, costituendo team di progetto adeguati alla realizzazione del compito affidato e coordinando le risorse umane coinvolte;
Redigere relazioni di chiusura del progetto, al fine di capitalizzare e diffondere i risultati, soluzioni e quant’altro necessario per incrementare efficacia ed efficienza in esperienze successive;
Analizzare i processi esistenti ed evidenziare le aree di miglioramento;
Supportare il CPOO e i responsabili dell’area AOP nello sviluppo continuo dei porti sia in termini di spazi che di infrastrutture ed efficienza della logística.
**REQUISITI**:
Esperienza pregressa nell’ambito della gestione di progetti complessi, preferibilmente in aziende del settore portuale;
Conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2). Costituiscono un plus la conoscenza di francese e spagnolo;
Preferibilmente in possesso di Laurea e/o Master in ambito economico/management;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
