In order to strengthen our presence on the Italian market, we, Trafimet Group S.P.A, are expanding our sales organization by seeking a Junior Area Sales Manager for North / Central part of Italy.

**DESCRIPTION**:
In detail:
**RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK**:

- Development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market
- Sales management and regular interaction with dealers and direct customers in the assigned region, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Making efforts towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values
- Establishing plans to expand the customer base in the market area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for dealers and customer accounts.
- Setting examples for colleagues in areas of personal attitude, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habits
- To provide monthly feedback to National Sales Manager regarding performance

**COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience in welding / fabrication welding field is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience in welding related industry, welding technology & solution business, field is preferred, but not mandatory
- Value sales approach: ability to communicate benefits (in terms of money)
- Experience in aspects of customer relationship management
- Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
- Fluent Italian and English language skills
- Experience in I.T. based reporting systems (Excel / Word etc.)
