Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain. The activity of NAS domain: avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world. Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.

**Main tasks**:

- Portfolio Management: by scheduling, tracking the critical milestones (FAT, Shipment & SAT), maintaining consistency between project deadlines and commitments and monitoring conflicts among projects in terms of resources, labor and material.
- Be an efficient link with Ind, Eng, I&C and different internal stakeholders by means of VPMO, ATP dashboard and Grow reports
- To arrange Bids and Project tools, processes and flows in order to address the specific needs and interfaces of the PMO which aims at supporting the delivery of Projects and Programmes.
- To act as a primary point of advice, support and guidance within the PMO on the use of the PMO tools, processes and systems while ensuring compliance and consistency of use.

**Detailed tasks description and responsibilities**
- To maintain end to end data in management information systems, tracking databases and reporting Bids and Project tools to deliver timely and accurate reports in line with the baseline reporting routine.
- To ensure accurate information, templates and good practices are shared between relevant interfaces and to post-process the collected data in order to highlight specific KPIs
- To work with technical support teams and 3rd party teams in the support of the operational stability of the PMO tools and systems, maintaining the service availability KPI's.
- To prioritize tasks and to balance key priorities, especially with regards to monthly revenue plan.
- NAS workload coordination, using the necessary tools to improve visibility towards business line management.
- To support with on boarding and training sessions the new starters, as far as PMO tools and systems are concerned.
- Conducting lessons learned workshops and ensuring the transfer of knowledge for B&P
- To proactively seek and to address any skills and knowledge gaps that would be critical by engaging with colleagues and 3rd party partners.
- Project risk management in order to identify risks/issues, severity, probability, impact, mitigation actions, owner of the actions and distribute data to senior management for aggregation.
- Manage by delegation of a list of tailored projects

**Education & Experience**:

- Computer Science, Physics/Maths, Economics degree or equivalent scientific

qualification
- Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate Certification or similar would be a

competitive advantage
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in the field of PMO or data processing/analysis

**Hard Skills**:

- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Experience in ERP Software Implementation. Knowledge of OCM is a plus.
- Experience in MS Project software or similar GANTT tools.
- Confident in providing analysis reporting, post-processing data and preparing

dashboards
- Good oral and written communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people, especially under pressure and strict deadlines.
- Able to prioritize simultaneous demands and to take delivery challenges
- Knowledge of English is mandatory and French is recommended. Italian is a plus.
