**Special Channels & Events Account**

We offer an exciting opportunity for a **Special Channels & Events Associate **in JTI Italy within the Sales Department.

**What this position is about - Purpose**:

- Ensures, in accordance with the strategic business guidelines, privileged consumer contact through a proper selection and activation of Special Channels touchpoints to maximize awareness and equity of JTI Brands
- Ownership of the implementation, cost control and reporting of on field Special Events, leading external partners and securing full compliancy
- Identifies and maximizes local business opportunities managing and optimizing resources allocation

**What will you do - Responsibilities**:

- Ensures maximum visibility of the Company Brands in Special Channels, through the control of the correct use of the most appropriate communication tools implemented by Agencies
- Constantly up-date, develop and manage the POS Leisure panel securing relevance and uniqueness of the cluster, improving Share of Market and implementing peculiar activation balancing specifies of the cluster and distinctiveness of JTI Brands in accordance with Brands/Categories priority
- Develops and manages relevant local Contacts/Ambassadors/Influencers to activate local initiatives in order to pursue Company strategies, with particular attention to Reduced Risk Products (RRP) category
- Supervisions of the local agencies mapping phase and support the correct RRP’s activities implementation on the field (focus on operational mechanics and visibility)
- Selects and manages strategic Pos Leisure panel. Manages special locations through cross-functional projects with sales and communication activities, in accordance with the business guidelines
- Actively scouts for new opportunities with key players, ambassadors to support marketing guidelines provided in accordance to achieve businesses goals
- Manages local budgets for the proposed new implementations in the executive's specific plan.

**Who are we looking for - Requirements**:

- University Degree
- 4-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Communication/Events, HoReCa in FMCG company or communication/events agencies
- Strong business acumen and excellent strategic thinking skills
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with different internal/external stakeholders
- Problem solving and project management skills
- Great team spirit and ability to work in a team and in agile environment
- Digital savvy and with a good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Leadership potential (confidence, influencing, empowerment, people understanding)
- Ambitious and with a high potential to grow
- Italian is a must, fluency in English is required
