We have an exciting opportunity to join our **People team** as **Administrative Specialist**

**As Administrative Specialist you will**:
- Support personnel administration activities;
- Manage and schedule medical appointments;
- Record journal entries;
- Record active invoices;
- Enter sales orders.
- Expert in accounting topics;
- At least one year's experience;
- Knowledge of the SAP SD - FI module;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams;
- Good level of proactivity;
- Good verbal and written communication;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel.
The person we are looking for will be offered a permanent, part-time contract of 21 hours per week.
**Workplace**: 20 minute drive from Padova
