WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Knowledge Analyst (KA) within BCG's Insurance Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, providing industry expertise and insights, working together with BCG case and proposal teams to deliver customized knowledge assets and expert advisory.
In addition, you will support, with guidance from senior colleagues, your sector in developing intellectual property & knowledge assets and, managing content on internal BCG websites, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content.

We globally serve all insurance industry sectors, i.e., life insurance, property & casualty insurance, commercial & reinsurance as well as health insurance YOU'RE GOOD AT Solving complex problems proposing practical and straight-forward approaches to scope and execute research and/or analytical work within the practice focus sectors and solutions (i.e., life insurance / P&C insurance, ESG, Digital transformation) Communicating with case team members and senior stakeholders in a practical, credible, and confident way Partnering with sector/topic teams to support the advancement of knowledge-building projects (e.g., creating of thought leadership pieces, development of new solutions / product developments / benchmarking studies), responding to client demand and key sector dynamics in the Italian / European insurance markets Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, often virtual, open to agile ways of working, connecting with team members in different locations Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas Ability to navigate complexityand ambiguity YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience required or advanced degree with focus on finance / economics / actuarial studies / insurance / ESG with relevant internships or experiences as working student within insurers Curiosity and willingness to learn while supporting the Insurance Practice growth, across all different segments / products and topics where support our clients.

BCG's Knowledge Team members can be staffed on client projects and help co-create insights with colleagues and clients bringing expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools, leading complex research, and analysis of market information.
KT members also support the practices business development and proposals and help to organize and codify the knowledge that enables BCG to deliver superior business value for its clients.
