Head Housekeeper

**Italy, Lake Como**, **Salary €2,500-€2,800 per month**:

He/she will have a supervisory role in the housekeeping services, coordinating the other staff members, and being upfront when required.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervision of housekeeping team
- Ensuring the villa is presented and well maintained according to a high standard at all times
- Coordinating with external laundry service and providing additional in-house laundry service
- Drawing up of rosters for the housekeeping staff together with Villa Manager, and providing adequate staff training
- Helping housekeeping team to clean rooms during busy times
- Breakfast set up and preparation: daily breakfast prepared for guests (table set up, buffet set up, daily freshly made pastry and cakes upon request)
- Organising all linen stock at the villa (bathroom, bedroom, dining, and kitchen), cleaning equipment stock and room supplies
- Arranging with Villa Manager breakfast groceries

**Requirements & Skills**
- Previous experience in 5 Star villa/asset management
- Must be good at working as part of a team, both in leadership and supporting roles
- Preferably excellent spoken English and Italian
- Focus on details
- Able to work on a self-employed basis

**Salary**: €2,500-€2,800/month depending on experience
