For our client, a leading company in the Biotech sector, we are looking for a:
**COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN **to be included in the MICROBIOME Business Unit.

**Area**:The resource will follow and develop the Italian and European markets, with a focus on France.

**Descrizione del lavoro** The resource, reporting to the Sales Director, will be responsible for**:

- Defining sales strategies, territorial marketing activities, and business support, as well as setting and achieving objectives; they will be accountable for the commercial results in their area.
- Developing and implementing the shared sales strategy with the Sales Management and being capable of understanding and communicating customer requests and market demands to other company functions.
- Managing the sales plan for the area to meet/exceed predefined sales targets by maintaining and growing the existing customer portfolio and developing new relationships with clients.
- Coordinating and expanding existing distributors, contributing to increasing brand awareness.
- Obtaining feedback from customers and promptly communicating it to relevant internal functions.
- Constantly monitoring the target market.
- Providing technical and commercial support to Key Account companies and developing new high-value projects.
- At least three years of experience in a similar position, managing major clients in the Biotech sector.
- Master's degree in CTF - Biotech - Chemistry.
- Excellent technical and commercial skills in the nutraceutical/pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong planning, organizational, and coordination skills to efficiently achieve objectives shared with the Sales Management.
- Positive, proactive, dynamic attitude, and organizational/management skills to create a high-performance work environment with elevated-level performance, collaborating with colleagues and the distributor network.
- Good commercial aptitude and customer orientation through a high level of service and attention to interpersonal relationships.
- Proficiency in the English language, with professional knowledge of Spanish being a plus.
- Availability to travel to European countries for business development.
