Identifica le esigenze del progetto e le traduce in azioni necessarie.

Comunica al Project Manager gli avanzamenti del progetto rispetto agli obiettivi prefissati mettendolo nella condizione di prendere le decisioni utili al completamento del progetto nel rispetto dei tempi, del budget e dei costi di controllo

Implementa costantemente gli aggiornamenti del programma di lavoro assicurando un chiaro progresso ed efficace gestione del Progetto

**Main tasks**:
Analizza ed aggiorna periodicamente lo stato del progetto

Cura la reportistica interna ed esterna utilizzando le procedure standard di pianificazione del Gruppo Alstom, sistemi e normative

Interpreta i risultati delle analisi svolte, identifica le attività critiche ed i loro potenziali effetti,proponendo azioni correttive

Pianifica i tempi delle attività di progettazione acquisti ed installazione,

delinea gli scenari che legano gli eventi fisici agli indicatori economici di progetto e ne analizza gli scostamenti

E’ parte attiva nella scelta delle azioni da intraprendere per il contenimento dei costi e dei tempi

Laurea técnica o equipollente.

**Desired knowledge/ Experience**

Conoscenza Settore ferroviario.

Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza in Pianificazione
