Peschiera BorromeoThe Business & technology Consulting Manager manages the delivery of business & technology consulting services to clients to evaluate strategies and solutions on all aspects of enterprise technology requirements. This role will also streamline consulting engagements procedures by linking the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organisation to its Information Technology strategy.The primary objective of this position is to manage and co-ordinate activities and initiatives that lead to the delivery of technology consulting services.Primarily responsible for overseeing the identification/development of technology solutions for clients using company products and/or outsourced technology solutions or proprietary tools/techniques. Defines client needs and develops a plan and proposal that others implement in the delivery of the project solution. Performance is typically measured by the capture of the consulting engagement and/or utilization (i.e., by billable hours for the department) or performance against budget. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. responsabilità- Define and Execute Consulting Services strategy in country, in alignment with company-wise one

- Support the translation of clients' business strategy, commercial issues and desired business outcomes into a transformationl IT strategy/roadmap
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of consulting services activities and the implementation solutions that extract and maximise business value from IT investments at client sites
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that client projects are executed
- Proactively manage assessment process and support the roadmap and business case development for enterprise technology services
- Analyse trends and recommend improvements to existing consulting services. Manage the delivery against customer expectations and drive customer excellence. Participate in client negotiations as and when requiredesperienzada 6 a 10 annicompetenze
- Degree in Technology and/or Business Management
- Demonstrable client engagement and consulting experience - Proven experience in integrating the solution for the particular project with the business domain
- Project management and business development experience isadvantageous. Demonstrable experience in a consulting and senior IT role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment (System integration and consulting firms)
- Relevant certification (nice to have):
ITIL framework, TOGAF, Hyperscalers certifications (foundation level)
