**Orobica Pesca **è alla ricerca di un **PIANIFICATORE TRASPORTI E DELLE CONSEGNE **con consolidata esperienza pregressa.

**Cosa farai**:

- **Pianificazione ottimizzata delle rotte**: Definirai i percorsi più efficienti per le consegne, tenendo conto di fattori come distanza, traffico e vincoli temporali, al fine di minimizzare i costi e massimizzare l'efficienza.
- **Gestione della flotta**: Monitorerai costantemente lo stato dei veicoli e assegnerai i carichi in modo ottimale, garantendo la puntualità delle consegne.
- **Coordinamento con i vettori**: Stabilirai e manterrai rapporti solidi con i vettori, gestendo le prenotazioni, le tariffe e risolvendo eventuali problematiche.
- **Utilizzo di software dedicati**: Impiegherai strumenti informatici avanzati per la pianificazione delle rotte, il tracciamento delle spedizioni e l'analisi dei dati.
- **Monitoraggio delle performance**: Analizzerai costantemente i KPI (Key Performance Indicators) per identificare aree di miglioramento e ottimizzare i processi.

**Cosa cerchiamo in te**:

- **Esperienza pregressa**: Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nel settore della logística o dei trasporti.
- **Competenze tecniche**: Ottima conoscenza dei software per la pianificazione dei trasporti dei sistemi informativi aziendali.
- **Capacità organizzative**: Abilità nel gestire contemporaneamente più attività, prioritizzando le task e lavorando sotto pressione.
- **Orientamento al risultato**: Forte motivazione a raggiungere gli obiettivi e a migliorare continuamente i processi.
- **Ottime capacità comunicative**: Abilità nel relazionarsi con i colleghi, i clienti e i fornitori.
- **Flessibilità**: Disponibilità a lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e a adattarsi a nuove sfide.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
