**Posizione**:
Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa dinamica e proattiva da inserire in stage nel nostro team HR Training. La persona selezionata lavorerà a stretto contatto con la Responsabile della Formazione per contribuire alla progettazione, organizzazione e implementazione di corsi di formazione destinati alla nostra popolazione aziendale.

La risorsa selezionata supporterà il team nelle seguenti attività:

- Organizzazione e Apertura dei Corsi:

- Identificazione delle esigenze formative interne in collaborazione con i dipartimenti coinvolti e strutturazione dell'offerta formativa con i fornitori;
- Scouting di nuovi fornitori per arricchire l'offerta formativa aziendale;
- Preparazione di mail di lancio per i nuovi corsi;
- Predisposizione di materiali e allestimento delle aule;
- Gestione dei registri di presenza e creazione di form di feedback per monitorare il gradimento delle iniziative;
- Caricamento e Monitoraggio dei corsi sulla piattaforma e-learning aziendale;
- Creazione di reportistica ad hoc sulla fruizione dei corsi di formazione obbligatoria e non;

**Requisiti**:

- Abilità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
