Johnson & Johnson MedTech rappresenta in Italia il settore medicale del gruppo Johnson & Johnson ed è oggi il punto di riferimento indiscusso di tutto il mondo sanitario per la commercializzazione di prodotti e tecnologie biomedicali.

Per l’area Triveneto con focus particolare su Friuli, Veneto e Trentino ricerchiamo un **Field PM** per la franchise Cerenovus, attiva nello sviluppo, nella produzione e nella commercializzazione di soluzioni innovative in campo neurovascolare. Per questa posizione è previsto un contratto di **sostituzione maternità **.

Il **Field PM **, nell’area geográfica di competenza presidia le strutture ospedaliere di sua responsabilità, per incontrare gli interlocutori clinici e non clinici, per presentare il prodotto e fornire loro una consulenza técnica sull'utilizzo dello strumento (nel caso dei clinici, direttamente in sala operatoria), a seguito dell'accurata formazione garantita dall'Azienda e si occuperà del supporto ad attività marketing strategiche.

Dovrà avere molta flessibilità nell’organizzazione e gestione del territorio per la tipologia di interventi che supporta essendo per la maggior parte interventi in urgenza non programmabili
- Attitudine a studio e formazione essendo un mercato in continua evoluzione dove la conoscenza della concorrenza diventa fondamentale per essere competitivo nella promozione e per la stessa indicazione técnica della scelta del device di supporto al clinico
- Inoltre, ha la responsabilità di monitorare costantemente il mercato e la concorrenza, per applicare efficacemente le strategie della propria Divisione.
- In particolare, il Field PM avrà la responsabilità di:
- Occuparsi della promozione di prodotti specifici e strategici (inclusi nuovi prodotti), in supporto e in stretta collaborazione con il team
- Sviluppare il mercato nel territorio di competenza assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi definiti;
- Collaborare con i Key Opinion Leaders;
- Sviluppare attività in collaborazione con il dipartimento di Professional Education e creazione di strumenti finalizzati al lancio di nuovi prodotti;
- Occuparsi del supporto tecnico in sala angiográfica durante le procedure inelezione e urgenza
- Coordinare i progetti specifici di prodotto, anche a livello regionale
- Partecipare alla gestione di Progetti Marketing Locali e Nazionali;
- Avere la responsabilità di fatturato dell’area di interesse presso enti pubblici e strutture private.
- Organizzare Convegni, Corsi, Eventi, anche in collaborazione con i colleghi del Marketing e della Forza vendita.
- Gestire le trattative commerciali con strutture sanitarie pubbliche e private, che prevedono in molti casi la preparazione di gare d'appalto relative alla fornitura di prodotti e tecnologie biomedicali.

**Qualifications**:
. Laurea Triennale o Magistrale ingegneria biomedica, preferenziale, o discipline scientifiche equivalenti;
- Comprovata esperienza Sales in ambito Medical Devices sarà considerato un requisito preferibile.
- Esperienza in ambito angiografico neuro-interventistico costituirà un titolo preferenziale
- Precedente esperienza in sala operatoria è considerato un plus
- Conoscenza fluente di lingua italiana e inglese, sia scritto che parlato
- Residenza o domicilio nella zona di competenza, Verona e provincia, altamente raccomandabile.
- Buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (Ms Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
- Patente di guida di categoria B.
