**Quali sfide vi attendono?**:
- sovraintendere all’attività lavorativa garantendo che vengano attuate le direttive in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente per i due stabilimenti di Cedaspe (situati a Melegnano e San Giuliano Milanese), anche attraverso il coordinamento di consulenti esterni;
- interfacciarsi con gli enti esterni (es. Arpav, Spisal etc.) o con Enti di accreditamento per creazione e revisione della documentazione ed assisterli durante verifiche (audit) presso entrambi gli stabilimenti;
- richiedere l’osservanza delle misure di emergenza e verificare che i lavoratori operino secondo le istruzioni in caso di pericolo grave ed immediato;
- predisporre e coordinare le prove di emergenza antincendio secondo quanto previsto da normativa vigente;
- informare e tutelare i lavoratori esposti al rischio di un pericolo grave ed immediato, coinvolgendo il datore di lavoro;
- segnalare al datore di lavoro eventuali carenze nei mezzi e nelle attrezzature nonché nei dispositivi di protezione individuale e ogni condizione di potenziale pericolo per la sicurezza dei lavoratori suggerendo l'implementazione di azioni correttive.
**Cosa ci aspettiamo da te?**:
- diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado;
- almeno 5 anni di esperienza professionale in qualità di Responsabile Sicurezza;
- certificazione come RSPP preferibile;
- ottima conoscenza D.Lgs. n.81/2008, ISO45000, normativa sulla Privacy 2016/679, Mod. 231;
- conoscenza lingua Inglese min. liv. B1;
- conoscenza Microsoft 365;
- buone doti comunicative.
