Il Field Sales Representative avrà il compito di guidare con profitto la crescita dei prodotti Healthcare, attraverso attività rivolte a farmacisti e professionisti della salute, incrementando il livello di fatturato e sell out dei prodotti delle categorie core.
- RESPONSABILITA'- Consolidare il rapporto con farmacisti e professionisti del farmaco attraverso un dialogo che si focalizzi sia sulle esigenze del cliente che sugli obiettivi di vendita di Reckitt
- Guidare la crescita della quota di mercato dei prodotti di pertinenza
- Focalizzarsi su attività di presentazione/distribuzione/display per ogni cliente
- Sviluppare ed implementare progetti ed attività di vendita sul campo
- Coordinarsi con il Marketing e Trade Marketing con riferimento allo sviluppo di nuovi materiali di esecuzione, per la ricerca di nuovi punti di vendita, per il completamento degli obiettivi distributivi
- Gestire la visibilità a pdv nel tempo in linea con i materiali e planogrammi proposti
- Garantire la copertura di tutti i clienti in anagráfica garantendo un presidio costante, ottimizzando le visite
- Utilizzo di tool CRM per presa ordini ed inserimento visite
- Focus sulla distribuzione (MSL e NPDs nel punto vendita) e sull’allestimento
- Supporto post vendita ai clienti per facilitare la collaborazione con il cliente del servizio clienti, della logística e del team crediti

- Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma o Laurea in discipline scientifiche o economiche
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo, preferibilmente nel canale farmacie
- Preferibile buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Completano il profilo capacità analitiche, ottime doti relazionali, attitudine alla vendita e capacità di

adattarsi ai cambiamenti per far fronte ai bisogni del consumatore- Responsabile e con un'etica rigorosa del lavoro
