The technical project manager is responsible for the implementation of small and large projects. He/she focuses on acquiring skills such as project commitments, including communication with all stakeholders, project budget management, and resource allocation. The Technical Project Manager monitors team performance using appropriate tools and regularly reports any discrepancies to the Project Manager and Delivery Manager. Under the supervision of the Delivery Manager, may be called upon to act as a mediator between the development team and the client's operations team and to increase client or user satisfaction.

Your role
Reports to the Delivery Manager/Head of Delivery BL and Customer Project Manager.
Performs day-to-day delivery management of small and large projects.
Develops skills in managing project budget, customer relations, resource allocation, and team performance.
Monitors daily team performance and addresses any deviations.
Submits progress, problem and solution reports to the Delivery Manager and Customer Project Manager.
Assist in measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Develop risk management skills to minimize project risks.
Manage resource availability and allocation.
Participate in the estimating process with the team (development, testing and BA).
Report and escalate to Customer Project Manager/Delivery Manager/Head of Delivery BL as needed.
Demonstrate leadership skills.
Demonstrate good communication skills through various channels.
Display confidence and professionalism
Be a role model for others
Self-motivated and able to motivate the team or sub-team to deliver the best performance.
Manages stress when under pressure (keeps calm and focused)
Actively participates in capacity and specialty activities.
Increases customer or user satisfaction.
Thinks outside the box and recommends solutions when issues are raised regarding requirements, bugs, etc.

**Profile**:
University degree
Experience with leading development, collaboration, and agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe,, Lean Kanban, Change Management, etc.)
Experience in business analysis, project and program management and control (PMO)
Motivated, positive and pragmatic in the way of working
Coaching and leadership of project team members
Proven software developement track record
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong customer orientation
Flexibility and enthusiasm for clients from a variety of industries
Fluent knowledge of English
