**Posizione**:
La persona selezionata svolgerà mansioni relative all’efficientamento dei back office di meccanica e di carrozzeria e dei reparti produttivi di tutte le sedi e dei relativi magazzini attraverso la messa in funzione di un sistema informatico di rilevamento delle ore lavorate, delle ore preventivate, delle ore fatturate e dei ricambi impiegati. Dovrà eseguire giornalmente un monitoraggio delle ore vendute e delle ore disponibili, migliorando le performance ed i processi dei reparti produttivi di tutte le sedi attuali e future attraverso l’adeguata formazione dei consulenti service (accettatori), il controllo della qualità dei preventivi (ore di manodopera) e della quantità di pratiche gestite dai back office, il caricamento delle fotografie da parte degli operatori nonché il controllo dei ricambi impiegati per ogni singola pratica. Il sistema informatico dovrà poter dare un’analisi di redditività per ogni singola pratica, sede e cliente distinguendo il margine della manodopera e dei ricambi. Il sistema dovrà infine fornire mensilmente il calcolo delle giacenze di tutti i magazzini di meccanica e di carrozzeria.

**Requisiti**:

- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo;
- Proveninenza dal settore automotive;
- Laurea;
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.
