Per il nostro team **Financial Tax** della sede di **Milano** ricerchiamo un **Manager** che si occuperà di:

- Analisi delle problematiche inerenti all’imposizione diretta domestica e consulenza continuativa a società di capitali operanti in ambito bancario, finanziario e/o assicurativo;
- Pareristica relativa a questioni di fiscalità internazionale (CFC, Black List, Permanent Establishment, Withholding tax, etc);
- Analisi del trattamento fiscale di operazioni di gestione straordinaria (fusioni, scissioni, conferimenti, etc);
- Tax due diligence;
- Tax litigation;
- Tax compliance;
- Trattamento IVA delle operazioni finanziarie;
- Tassazione delle rendite finanziarie.
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 6 anni maturata in Studi Qualificati;
- Abilitazione alla professione di Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato;
- Laurea magistrale in Economia e/o Giurisprudenza;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
- Buone capacità organizzative, spirito d’iniziativa e capacità di problem solving;
- Flessibilità e dinamicità.
