Support every operational request included in the specific business area, guarantee customer satisfaction.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**
Education: Degree obtained: Diploma 3-5 yrs
Professional certification(s) : Sales & Customer Service background & IT Application on Sales and SAP / Excel
Professional experience : Industry: Automotive / Sales & Marketing / Service
Sales Support Front / Back Office
Level: 1-2 years
Personal attributes : Excel Skilled
Good communication skills
Good Teamworking skills
Customer oriented
Languages : Italian English
Others : Data management, reports quantitative and qualitative analysis
