- Designers, Human Factor experts_, and _engineers _work side by side to achieve the most suitable interaction with a technological solution - either visual, physical, vocal, or gestural.

In doing that, we can count on consolidated expertise in interaction and visual design, ergonomics, and human factors, as well as on SW, FW, and HW development for HMI.

**Position**:
We are seeking an HMI (Human-Machine Interface) Designer with automotive industry experience to join our team.

They will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces for our products, with a particular emphasis on user experience in the automotive context.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate customer requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
- Conduct user research and needs analysis to understand end-user requirements.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and wireframes to illustrate design ideas.
- Optimize the usability and accessibility of user interfaces to ensure a positive user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in user interface design, industrial design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in user interface design, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Familiarity with usability principles and best practices in user interface design.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity and attention to detail in ideating and implementing design solutions.
- Strong interest in the latest trends in user interface design and technological innovation in the automotive sector.

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in designing HMIs for vehicles.
- Knowledge of ergonomics principles and human-machine interaction.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the automotive industry.
