- con sede nelle Marche, vogliamo avvalerci della collaborazione di consulenti HR, professionisti recruiter, di tutta Italia._
- Creare un network di professionisti che possano rafforzare e espandere a livello capillare il Gruppo Smart nel territorio italiano_

Ecco la figura che ricerchiamo:
**RECRUITER FREELANCE- DA REMOTO**

**Caratteristiche e requisiti richiesti**:

- Conoscenza del tessuto imprenditoriale di riferimento ai fini di un efficace match domanda e offerta di lavoro
- Spiccate doti relazionali, empatia
- Forte orientamento al risultato

**Offerta contrattuale**:

E' previsto un periodo di on boarding e formazione continua, in cui saranno introdotte procedure, modalità operative, utilizzo dei gestionali, affiancamento e formazione ad hoc.
