**Job Title**: Project Manager
**Sede di lavoro: Cinisello Balsamo**
**Responsabilità**:
- Coordinamento tecnico e gestione della commessa.
- Supporto tecnico in fase di proposal per impianti completi e macchine.
- Analisi di fattibilità delle soluzioni in fase di avan-progetto e supporto alle vendite.
- Lettura e interpretazione della specifica técnica contrattuale, analisi del processo e dell’ingegneria di riferimento, produzione della documentazione relativa a ciascun progetto secondo gli standard aziendali e internazionali e delle certificazioni applicabili.
- Gestione del contratto, inclusa negoziazione con cliente, gestione claims, balance table e cash flow di commessa.
- Planning della commessa e verifica congruenza tra gli assiemi progettati e i relativi obiettivi di commessa in termini di deliverables di ingegneria e consegna degli equipaggiamenti.
- Preparazione specifiche tecniche e allineamento tecnico delle offerte per macchine/equipaggiamenti di tecnologia esterna.
- Interfaccia con fornitori esterni e coordinatore con le varie funzioni aziendali (uffici: meccanico, impiantisti, acquisti, produzione) e consociate.
- Valutazione dei requisiti di manutenzione degli impianti realizzati e follow up realizzazione manuali.
- Supervisione e controllo alla attività di progettazione, sia interna, sia in outsourcing.
- Partecipazione alla fase di prototipazione di un nuovo prodotto, effettuando i test necessari e apportando le necessarie modifiche per l’industrializzazione e l’ottimizzazione del prodotto stesso.
- Presidio sulla qualità dei prodotti attraverso la valutazione tecnico/economica degli acquisti e il supporto al team di produzione con gestione NCR.
- Partecipazione e organizzazione di incontri interni all’UT e/o con altri dipartimenti, finalizzati alla raccolta di feed-back, a revisioni progettuali e alla condivisione di nuove soluzioni tecniche.
- Preparazione specifiche tecniche per acquisto macchine a pacchetto e allineamento tecnico delle offerte.
- Follow-up fornitori pacchetti esterni per consegne ingegneria ed equipaggiamenti.
- Supporto tecnico e gestione del cliente in fase realizzativa in cantiere.
**Requisiti tecnici**:
- Titolo di studio: laurea in ingegneria meccanica
- Conoscenze di meccanica e del disegno meccanico
- Conoscenza dei principali software di disegno (Autocad e possibilmente Inventor)
- Conoscenza dei principali applicativi del pacchetto Office e Project
- Disponibilità a viaggiare presso clienti e fornitori
- Lingua inglese: buona conoscenza della lingua scritta e parlata e delle terminologie tecniche
