**Basic Function**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the issuance of the documentation required by Fire Prevention discipline to obtain authorizations for plant modifications, new projects, plants revamping, accordingly with the main Italian laws and decrees on Firefighting and Seveso:
a. DPR 151/2011
b. DLGS 105/2015
c. DM 3/8/2015
d. DM 1-2-3/9/2021
- Cooperate in the drafting of the safety report for what concerns fire prevention (authorizations and periodic renewals)
- Provide assistance and a specialist contribution to the Engineering, Process Development & Design and Technology Support functions in relation to Fire Prevention and Environmental technical issues
- Conducting Pre Start-up Safety Review and Safety Tours
- Implementation, management and updating of internal operating procedures relating to Fire Fighting, Loss prevention and Emengency response also accordingly the LYB Operational Excellence Management System
- Site Process Owner for Loss prevention and Emergency readiness

**Min. Qualifications**:
**Education - work experience**

Chemical engineering or at least 10 years experience in fire firefighting, loss prevention and emergency response.

**Languages**:
Very good knowledge of English language
