**Attività**:
- Gestire e coordinare tutte le attività relative ai viaggi dei dipendenti, inclusa la prenotazione dei voli, gli hotel o gli appartamenti per breve/medio periodo, trasporti e altre necessità di viaggio;
- Assicurarsi che i dipendenti abbiano tutti i documenti necessari per viaggiare, inclusi visti, passaporti e permessi di lavoro.
- Gestire le pratiche per eventuali adempimenti amministrativi per i viaggi (visto, permesso di viaggio, ecc )
- Collaborare con l’Azienda per mantenere aggiornate le politiche aziendali relative ai viaggi e fornire linee guida ai dipendenti per garantire il rispetto delle norme e delle procedure.
- Monitorare i costi dei viaggi e preparare report di riepilogo
- Risolvere eventuali problemi o imprevisti durante i viaggi dei dipendenti fornendo un supporto tempestivo
- Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata delle normative e dei requisiti relativi ai visti per garantire il pieno rispetto delle regolamentazioni internazionali
**Requisiti richiesti**:
- Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in campo correlato o laurea in un campo correlato;
- Esperienza precedente nella gestione dei viaggi di lavoro e nella gestione dei visti;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e dei requisiti relativi ai visti internazionali;
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente
- Ottime competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di prenotazione di viaggi e delle tecnologie correlate.
