**Client Description**:
Contextual Advertising Platform. Our proprietary, machine learning-based technology provides human-like understanding of the content in the web, the highest level of brand safety in the industry and unmatched cookieless targeting capabilities. We engage with the market on both demand and supply side to create, activate and launch high-quality advertising campaigns at scale. We are committed to creating a more beautiful, respectful and engaging way to do advertising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships and partnerships with agencies and direct customers for performance campaigns.
- Be the performance responsible and evangelizer in tha company.
- Advise and be the global primary point of contact for the Sales Team for our mid and lower funnel offering.
- Generate excitement about our digital advertising platform, and increase our product sales through original solutions and proactive pitches to clients. - Develop a deep understanding of the agencies across all clients, verticals and internal performance agency teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and new ways of working to achieve preferred partnership status within the agencies.
- Achieve and overachieve your quarterly sales goals as set by the company.
- Train Sales teams in the performance area to approach and position our solution across the different markets.

We are looking for a talented Head of Performance in Italy to help us change the world of digital advertising together.
- You have experience in sales and performance within the digital advertising industry.
- You have established connections within the market, among large hubs and also media agencies. - You have experience working with advertising platforms such as DSPs, Adservers, SSPs, analytics suites
- You have experience managing teams and multifunctional workflows.
- You are eager and curious to keep learning and have a growth mindset.
- You want to join a team and you are also able to work independently and autonomously.
- You have a fluent level of English.
- You have strong communication skills.
