**Finance Reporting Analyst (TEMP)**

**_ Your mission:_**
You will be reposinble for managing cash flow monitoring and monthly reconciliation activities, acting as focal point for external business partner and reporting to the Finance Manager.
**Responsibilities**
**_ Your day to day with us:_**
- Prepare Monthly cash flow outlooks and monthly explanations vs. AOP or last forecast;
- Lead quarterly Balance Sheet Reviews (BSR): validate consolidated data prepared by an external team, prepare explanations and minutes after the meeting and ad hoc requirements;
- Focal point for Sector data requirements, validate data prepared by external business partner on a monthly basis using the group consolidated system (HFM), coordinate year-end reporting schedules and ad hoc requests;
- Validate monthly COGS (Cost of Goods) related activities prepared by external business partner (calculation of slow moving, updates standard prices vs actual costs, monthly reconciliation of inventory module vs. ERP, etc.);
- Validate and prepare monthly CONAI declarations;
- Calculate monthly Marketing curve and complete reconciliations between Marketing curve from Planning vs. Marketing budgets;
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Financial Reporting Area preparing annual Risk Assessment and maintaining high level of standards to ensure alignment to Corporate Policies, acting as Control Owner or Process Owner of different key controls on Financial Reporting, Inventory to Cogs and Marketing cycle;
- Support the preparation of annual local books and act as point of reference for partner KPMG on several topics;
- Ad hoc projects.
**Qualifications**
**_ What will you need to succeed?:_**
- Economics Degree;
- Minimum 4 years experience in Accounting & Reporting area, preferably in a dynamic and changing Multinational FMCG Company;
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel;
- Good knowledge of English and Italian languages;
- Good knowledge of general accounting principles;
- Knowledge of statutory and fiscal aspects.

**Missione**:
Sarai responsabile della gestione del monitoraggio dei flussi di cassa e delle attività di riconciliazione mensile, agendo come punto di riferimento per i partner commerciali esterni e riportando al Finance Manager.
- Predisporre le previsione mensili sul cash flow e analisi mensili delle deviazione dei dati attuale rispetto l’ AOP (o ultimo forecast disponibile) sul cash flow;
- Balance Sheet Review trimestrali: guidare i meeting, verificare i dati consolidati da parte del team esterno, predisporre minuta del meeting e coordinare le attività di follow-up;
- La risorsa é il punto di contatto per le richieste a livello Sector: convalida e verifica i dati mensili nel sistema di consolidamento di Gruppo (HFM) prima della submission, coordina e predisporre la reportistica di fine anno e richieste ad-hoc;
