Milestone è un’azienda fondata nel 1996 che sviluppa e pubblica worldwide videogiochi multipiattaforma. Nella sua line-up sono presenti sia titoli basati su licenze prestigiose come MotoGP e Supercross che IP proprietarie.

**Posizione**:
Per il potenziamento dei nostri team, siamo alla ricerca di un profilo da inserire come UX/UI Designer.

**Requisiti**:

- Conoscenze degli standard di User Experience e di progettazione delle interfacce.
- Capacità di creare prototipi di interfacce, flussi e wireframes con programmi dedicati (Axure, Adobe XD o simili).
- Esperienza con Photoshop e Illustrator per il disegno di interfacce.
- Capacità di raccogliere e organizzare i contenuti per le schermate di menu di selezione (Information Architecture).
- Conoscenza delle piattaforme PC, Sony e Microsoft e dei principali pattern di navigazione in un videogame.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

**REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI**
- Esperienze di lavoro pregresse come designer UX/UI.
- Conoscenza di Unreal Engine o di altro game engine.
- Percorso di studi legato alla progettazione interfacce, UX o game design.
- Esperienza con After Effects.
- Passione per gli sport motoristici.
- Esperienza precedente nel settore dei videogiochi e/o nell’ entertainment.
- Esperienza con UMG lato grafico e tecnico.
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di versioning (Perforce, Alienbrain o simili).

- Ottime capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicazione a tutti i livelli.
- Passione per i videogiochi e gli sport motoristici.
- Disposizione a plasmare le proprie competenze e mettersi in gioco.
