We are currently looking for a talented Legal Counsel who will be responsible for supporting the Head of Legal in a variety of legal topics and in maintaining a filing and retrieval system for the legal files.

**Legal Compliance & Counseling**

Support the Head of Legal in overseeing the developments of the applicable laws and regulations, to assure company’s legal compliance.
Support the Head of Legal in providing accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics.

**Contracts**

Work with the Head of Legal and the relevant departments to negotiate and draft a wide variety of contracts, both in Italian and English, in particular sponsorship agreements, content production and distribution, supply agreements.

**Office management**

Develop and maintain digital archive systems for legal files, cases, and contracts.

**Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Law.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
3 to 5 years experience in a law firm or in a similar role in legal department of an international company.
Broad understanding of legal compliance and commercial contracts.
Computer literacy.
Proactive personality and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of intellectual property and FIA regulations is a plus.
